Please note - if you plan to send gifts or deliveries, be sure to put ‘Guest’ and the intended guest name on the address and let the person it is for know to collect.
Disney charge $6 per delivery to accept and hold parcels or groceries (they will put them in a fridge or freezer for you collect).

On this trip we have private air conditioned buses with professional drivers booked for everyone as follows;
From landing at Orlando airport to the All Star Sports resort and back again. All athletes, staff and guests.
For the athletes and coaches to attend training in a host gym 8am-10am on Monday. After training, the coaches and athletes will spend 90 mins at Walmart shopping before returning to the hotel.
For all athletes and guests to attend both days of competition. If we do not qualify with either team for day two, we will still go back and support the other teams and enjoy the experience of the event.
Parks days/water park:
There are free Disney buses leaving and returning to the hotel every 15-20 mins from 7am until one hour after the last park closes. These buses are clean, safe and only for resort guests. The ‘disney bubble’ is the size of Manhatten, and so this is a great way to get about. We will also use the free ‘Skyliner’ to travel between Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Other transport:
If you are a guest and have not hired a car, UBER is very available. An example would be $10-$18 each way to Walmart or the Vineland Outlets. Charges are based on surge pricing and vary through the day.

COMPETITION INFORMATION
Competition Venue:
Orange County Convention Centre, Orlando.
Tickets to spectate: TBC.
ALL families and guests joining us on the trip have a seat on a private coach from the hotel and back on both days. If we do not qualify for day two, the athletes and anyone with a two day ticket can still enjoy the event as spectators.
Parking: If you prefer to hire a car allow 1 hour to find a space and enter. Parking payable on site.
WHAT TO BRING
Adult over 18 with valid ID listed on the account
Invoice must be paid in full
50% of the division will advance to finals.
We have not been told when this information will be available. In previous years it has been live streamed at the end of Day 1 competition.

Arrive at GATWICK at 3.5 hours before take off. Meet Charlotte, Jade and Lizy and register with them. Everyone is responsible for making their own way to GATWICK.
** This may be called 30 mins earlier and everyone will be informed at least 48 hours before. It is subject to advice from the airline.

When we land in GATWICK you are responsible for making your own way home.

Athletes who have opted to travel without parents or carers wil be chaperoned by the three coaches.
Over 16s will share rooms, and be close to coach rooms.
Under 16s will share rooms, and their rooms will have a dividing door with the two coach rooms.
There will be freedoms to move about the hotel and parks in groups, but strict ‘check ins’ will be required. Curfew will be in place on prep and competition days.
Room checks will be conducted each night to ensure everyone is where they need to be.

SUNDAY: Meet at Gatwick, photos outside the terminal.
Travel to Orlando. Meet Artemis CEO Niki there and get on our private bus to the hotel.
Enjoy an evening exploring the resort.
MONDAY
7.00am - Athletes meet in the hotel lobby.
7.15am - Athletes coach to private host gym for training.
10am - Athletes leave gym and head to Walmart.
12.15 Athletes return to the hotel.
Afternoon - relax and enjoy the resort.
7pm. Team building party. Food and drink supplied for athletes (and any parent who have opted to be included).
TUESDAY - prep day.
Time tbc: Tanzanite meet at the bus stop for their workshop.
Tanzanite travel to Epcot to take a conditioning and dance intensive.
Tanzanite return.
Pinks: Training with Lizy in the resort.
Evening - early night to rest.
WEDNESDAY - COMPETITION Day 1
Times tbc. Private bus to/from event.
THURSDAY - COMPETITION Day 2
Times tbc. Private bus to/from event.
FRIDAY - Meet at 7am at the bus stop. MAGIC KINGDOM early entry!
2.30pm. return to hotel for rest break.
6pm - Return to Magic Kingdom - leave after Fireworks.
SATURDAY - Meet at bus stop for Water park.
PM - Meet at bus stop at 2.30 - Animal Kingdom to close.
9pm: Pool and rest.
SUNDAY - Meet at bus stop 9am - EPCOT
2.30pm Meet at the by Ratatouille in World Showcase. Skyliner to Hollywood Studios. Park until fireworks/close.
MONDAY - Private bus to airport. Fly home to Gatwick.
TUESDAY - arrive early hours.
