OPEN GYM
Tumble, Stunt, Condition, you decide!
Our Open Gym Sessions are athlete lead. Primarily focusing on tumble technique, our open gym sessions allow athletes to work additional skills outside their usual training environment. This can include, jumps, stunts, dance and conditioning.
Running out of Bracknell Gymnastic Club in Bracknell Sports Centre, this facility offers a fantastic range of training aids, including trampolines, fast track, tumble track, resi pits and much more!

Taught by highly qualified coaches, guest tutor sessions (not pre announced) include masterclasses from Team GB Coach Chris Bennett. Saturday evenings at Bracknell Gymnastic Club in Bracknell Sports Centre.

Open Gym
Tumbling with our coaches and team members.
Saturday night 6-7pm Junior/beginner level (age 8+) 7pm-8pm Senior/advanced (8+ with experience)
Bracknell Gymnastic Club, Bracknell Sports and Leisure Centre
PAYG £10 a session (prepayment with vouchers/BACS)
Free and included in training for our Junior and Senior competing members.
